Since we have arrived at the hospital. Staff have been throughly accomodating and kind every step of the way. And have answered questions and kept us in the loop at every point.

Hot chocolate was not bad, but from what I have heard the coffee are not great. :) - Better sign posting around the hospital esp. parking.
