1) Friendly welcome from the Reception Staff
2) The HCAs who undertook the sight test and placed the drops in my eyes were great.
3) The Consultant Ms Rabia Bourkiza was outstanding - excellent in all areas. A shining example of why the NHS is so amazing.
Suggested improvements
I was disappointed in the manner of the staff, possibly HCAs, who performed the tests in the separate room (two different tests were undertaken by two different staff, each with an assistant). This room is to the right of the reception desk as if you are leaving the Eye Clinic.
I felt they were not interested and made minimum effort - they were barely even polite. This was in stark contrast to the wonderful experience from the other staff.
