Everyone explained exactly what was being done and I was offered and given help whenever I needed. The surgery went well and physio was very helpful.
Suggested improvements
On occassion a request took a long time- when the ward is busy perhaps the nurses could make a note of the request on a board with time so anyone who is free can see the request and help out.
