I was nervous before my surgery today however, a staff nurse(Zoe) gave me warm welcoming and showed me carrying attitude and it made me relaxed and created comfortable atmosphere. Also theatre staff ( doctor, anaesthetist, nurses) explained step by step during the surgery so I felt very secure all the time.
Suggested improvements
I understand there is time table fixed so patients needed wait until your turn to come but I did not expect I needed to wait long time, whihc is fine but otherwise I could bring my books, tablet etc to keep entertaining myself.
