The CM Acad Area 1 had suffered a leaking pipe overnight, so staff were working flat out to remove the water on the floor and tidy up the unit when I arrived at 8.30am for a 9.00am appointment. Members of the team came out and apologized for the short delay on a number of occasions and kept us informed. In the event, there was only about a 10 minute delay in being seen by Mr Kapil Sahnan. Many congratulations to the whole team for delivering such a great experience under difficult circumstances!
