Kind, sympathetic nursing care, and the other care disciplines too. Staff obviously busy, and a bit of waiting time before certain needs are met.
Also, the ward, though pleasant, is tiny, and with only 4 patients, every sylable on phone etc. can be heard by all - this can be a bit embarassing!
