Very friendly and kind which helped as I was nervous./nEverything was explained to me.
Suggested improvements
Just no but.../nI have difficulty walking any distance. It was not clear where I should go from the car park and walked up having to walk all the way around the back of the unit (as I had seen endoscopy) to be told I had to go back to the front due to COVID door closed. It would have been helpful if the letter had been clearer about which entrance for go to.

Have had a few procedures done here and was treated very well./nStaff and doctors have been wonderful.
