Only on arrival in ACAD - a bit chaotic staff on desk to explain more on arrival to prevent chaos when staff nurse called all patients with either "A" or "B" everyone unsure. I had to find staff to explain if I was A or B, told neither and told to go upstairs.
This could have been done (explained) on arrival.
Otherwise everything else excellent only let down by staff on arrival.
