My care was excellent. I has a private room as I had to use a CPM machine to help bend my knee. This was my 2nd visit after a (TKR) G. A. The staff were extremely helpful especially by explaining my discharge summary and the use of pain killers. The machine was replaced when it 'broke down', thanks to a very accommodating physio and sister. The food breaks were pleasant!!
The shower was great and I flooded the floor-no probs to the staff!

- The surgeon explained the procedure well when he consented us (Dr. Dragos)
- The nurses were helpful however, there was I particular nurse at 7 am who was very rude and unprofessional.

The service was very fast and very pleasant. I thought it was going to affect me pain wise but very good and staff are very polite.
