Very professional and friendly care, a wide range of medical care which allows patients to be treated holistic.
Friendly, helpful staff.
The nurses and everyone have on Abbey Ward are extremely helpful and pleasant.
Very polite and made the patient feel at ease.
I am very grateful to them as the lady to whom they looked after is my patient and I know she was in safe hands.
Thank you.
Everything!
Nurses need more key sets.
Caring and wonderful and great.
Efficient, very caring staff. Meals could be improved.
Everything is excellent.
Nothing to be improved.
Everything in the clinic was excellent, although the reception could have been better staffed and run. But the clinical management was impeccable. The ONLY problem was...
Getting in touch with anyone, by telephone, to discuss future appointments. No-one, or so it seems, answers their telephones. Whichever number you choose from the many on the Central Middlesex website, none is answered. I even called Northwick Park who recommended 020 8 453 2535 as being the 'direct' ENT line. No chance. It rang, and rang, for minutes on end, but no-one answered.
Was I optimistic ringing on a Friday afternoon? Do admin staff really all go home early on Fridays? Sounds like nonsense, but when you've been hanging on the other end of a phone which just keeps on ringing, you're inclined to believe it!
Are staff not INSTRUCTED to answer phones, within a certain number of rings?
It is incredibly frustrating not to be able to talk to someone about a future appointment - which might be on the wrong day, at the wrong time, or even in the wrong hospital. What should we do? Send out carrier pigeons?
Please, please answer this query, as it drives many of your patients MAD.
Allen. (And do you really mean "Great, keep going", the message under this box)?
Everything is fine, perfect, no complaints....
EXCEPT
for the almost total impossibility of getting through to anyone on the TELEPHONE to talk about future appointments, whether such appointments are (or more usually are not) convenient, or in the right hospital, and so on.
No-one answers the telephone when you phone the listed numbers on the website. Northwick Park (who DO answer the phone) told me to try 020 8 453 2535, but no-one answers that. Maybe I shouldn't phone on a Friday afternoon when everyone has gone home early? Okay, probably nonsense, but what other reason is there for phones to ring and ring and not be answered? Please tell me!
Allen.
Looked after by urology dept extremely well. From main receptionists to pre op through to aftercare fantastic professional, caring service. All on the day of the strike too! Many thanks
