Generally. Regarding my old age, the care which I got it's alright for me. I got morning clean and bath that's fine for me. It should be very good if nurse staff regularly came to look after every patients. Even physio care persons are very nice and friendly! Thank you.

Staff appear to be attentive to mum's needs. She is well fed and always appears clean. Staff have encouraged mum to eat, she is now doing independently, something she has not done for some months. Staff have got mum to sit out of bed. Mum's bed sore and clinical care seems very good mum's health appears to be improving, she seems stronger. The ward is clean, a nice environment and staff seem caring and friendly.

The ladies on night duty were very helpful in making my stay comfortable especially the sister on duty who helped calm me so I could sleep as I was very anxious. Lovely staff members.

The staff were excellent and willing to help. The food was not good, the meals could be improved (good bread).

I was well informed and well looked after from start to finish. I think the staff do a great job and their best with all the facilities that they have. Thank you very much for your care and support.
