I had wonderful care, at all times, day and night. I did not see one, there could be an identification chart of the staff uniforms either in each room or in the preadmission notes also, on discharge there could be a tick list of some form where the dicharge nurse could tick:- how long to wear TED STOCKINGS how long before a bath how long before driving etc. I asked the questions and was given satisfactory answered but by the time I'd got home ,got sorted there, I'd forgotten which was two weeks and which was six weeks. I did have my husband to put me on the right road but it would be easy to put a list of times in with the discharge notes. That apart a very good experience and a really good team.
