All the checks were carried out very professionally but with good humour, keeping me informed.
Arrival/ admittance was a bit haphazard, arrived 06.55 seen 08.05, just asked wait - once.

The care was fantanic - only the eight hour wait for a bed was the problem.

The care of the nursing staff was excellent. There is obviously a lack of beds + sending people home with having had their operations is dreadful + causes uneccessary stress.
