I was impressed with everything with the exception of the Doctor who carried out the CT scan, I felt she was very abrupt, almost rude. All other staff were kind, helpful and polite. The lady who carried out my mamagram was exceptionally helpful and informative yet very professional.

Where do I start? Brilliant from start to finish. Fantastic compassionate staff from cleaners through to consultant. Everyone, in particular the nurses, were wonderful. They turned a potential harrowing experience in to a very manageable one and my recovery back to full health has been made so much easier by them. At a time when our NHS is under strain, I cannot speak highly enough of this dedicated, professional and compassionate team of people. Thank you.

I have just completed a 37 session of radiotherapy at the Queens centre in Cottingham, I would like to praise all of the staff of this unit from admin nurses and radiotherapy. They made me fully at ease during all of my visits. They all carried out there work with a smile and a joke when required, if it wasn't for the reason of my visits it would have been a pleasure to have been there. Talking to one of the radiotherapy staff she said she enjoyed her job as she felt she made a difference, and do they.Thanks for everything

All the staff on the ward were very professional, efficient and caring. However I was surprised not to be given a list of exercises for rehabilitating my knee from the Physiotherapists who had seen me several times on the ward. I just had to try to remember what they had told me to do and rely on a set of exercises I downloaded from the internet. Although I persevered with these after 6 weeks I am now being referred for emergency Physiotherapy by my consultant. Maybe an earlier follow up by the physios would have avoided this.

everybody is polite and efficient and they are a happy group of employees .Although I waited nearly 4 hours for my procedure last again..I understand this is how its done,,,One or two complained but they did not understand the drill. Something constructive would be when we are all in the waiting room still after we had all seen the Consultant it would be very calming and reassuring to know the order of going down to Theatre instead of being apprehensive when the nurse comes for someone
