All of the staff members where amazing with these quality of care. I hold the upmost gratitude to them.

One staff members you can tell is trying her best but sometimes speaks to you in a condescending manners ([name removed]).

I do not want to leave. I have been thoroughly looked after and cared for and could not have asked for a better experience. Medically I feel ready and prepared to go back to normal life.

The nursing team are second to none professional respectful, knowledgeable and kind, sadly there is at exception to this I found [name removed] to be condescending and quite cust/rude on occassions. She tends to talk to patients with an air of superiority and does not bring out the best in them and rather the worst her style of communciation would be better suited to a primary school.

The room and bathroom were good size and well ventilated. Awesome food. Very good and loving staff.

Compassion, patience, understanding, humour. Not being condescending communication between staff, commitment and work ethic.

Had to push to see psychiatrist after 2.5 weeks - would have been grateful for 1:1 a bit earlier.

From the moment I arrived at the clinic I knew I had come to the best place possible. For the first time in months I felt calm, for less anxious with no trouble of self harm and in the negative humiliation. All the staff psychiatrist, nurses were incredibly supportive and the care. The showed answered me to improve in a relatively short time.

I could not fault my treatment here although it did not feel like a hospital environment at all. I would have no hesitation in recommending the criminal clinic to anyone who required intense, in patient treatment. Thank you so much to everyone - I really do feel (and hope) this will represent a turning point in my life.
