- Good therapy sessions and groups.
- Helpful staff/ nurses good etc.
- Good food and accommodation.

Fantastic staff. Always there to help with understanding and patience. Always went out of their way to make you feel better.
Suggested improvements
Being able to have night medication earlier for people wanting to go to bed early, having to wait up until 9.30 pm was frustrating!

- Staff double dosed my meds and were unsure of what to do.
Points raised in community meeting were not acted on e.g monitoring and stopping unappropriated conversations.
- Nurses tried very hard to work well and get best outcome.
- Kitchen was very good with alternative meals.
- Housekeeping are amazing!

- Medication regulation.
- Monitor conversation between patients.
- Don't do sudden room changes.
