Good: * housekeeping staff and most of nurses very friendly and helpful.
* Food very good could.
* Beautiful grounds.
* Knowledge of TV front rooms.
* More snack options to be fond at start.
* Dr extremely rude.
To improve:* poor communication at times between dr and nurses.
* Medication and during rounds one poor medications not fully explained not enough of gap between morning and lunch (both medication and meals
* Nurses after busy in office but does come across as just sat there sometimes.
* Pool not accessible enough (time available.)
* Seemed to be different rude for different people.
* Some staff rude at times. Not to me but witnessed towards others.
* Groups too reputation.
