The staff (nurses, catering, housekeeping etc) are fantastic- I could not have received better care.
Suggested improvements
I think there is a disconnect at a senior management/ leadership level. This may be a business but there was a lack of compassion. Interest or care about individual need to the detriment of the exceptional care by staff on the {}
