Staff kind, and sympathetic always with dignity. Food was lovely and always accommodated.
Suggested improvements
Feel that {} should not be given during meal time as soo {} weekends need more structure – perhaps a conversation to establish what is needed by the “in mates”- too much emphasis on {}!!
