Questions 3 and 8 were regarding one nurse who was slightly rude at time. Question 5, I wasn't given methodone 3 ml. On the Thursday I was told it was finished but received on the Friday, I was told by the nurse that my doctor hadn't added new mediation for my heart, but it was added on my chart on the 18th March. She also try to insist I look at my chart which I declined. The clinic for meds needs to open the time stated on the door. Other than the above my stay here was fantastic!
