You provided me with very personal care. My needs - some very personal/intimate - were dealt with in a very dignified manner which was greatly appreciated. Support was given for any worries or when I was struggling to take the next step - more like when I couldn't make a decision on what the next step should be! The food was very delicious and nourishing. The cleaners were great too - very adaptable if your day wasn't going so well! I was given some codeine when I went home one of the weekends that was incorrectly charted. (I did bring it to the nurses attention) I was given a stronger dose of medication.
I do think the evening meds service would be improved. The handover and meds counting seems a little prolonged.
