Attention of nurses to wellbeing & needs
My psychologist

Room cleaning & bed making
Responses to requests
Access to the grounds
Improvement:
Patients resecting rules (& nurses enforing respect of rules). One of the terapeutic meeting rooms has notices saying water onbly to be taken in & mobile phones to be switched off (that's off not on silent). I respect the rules. I expect others to do so & if they do not I expect the staff to enforce the rules.
Occasionally (three times in four weeks) main course food was poorly cooked.
