- Staff are very engaging and friendly.
- Sessions are taught and presented very well.
- Feel safe and protected in this environment.
- Being able to be yourself without any judgement.
- Nurses and doctors remember your name and great you with it so it is more personal.
- incredible meals.
- The place is clean and tidy at all times.
