Personally culture/spiritual/faith needs aren’t very relevant to me, but I also don’t think those questions we’re ever asked either

Suggested improvements
Nothing comes to mind- I think the service is great and treats the group with respect

Response from Campbell House

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that we did not enquire about your spiritual or cultural needs. This is an important aspect of who we are as individuals and relevant to the service you receive. Questions about our cultural and spiritual needs are part of the assessment process and our interventions and we are committed to improving this. I have discussed this feedback with the team and we have highlighted a gap in considering this in group only or caregiver interventions and will address this. If you would like to discuss this further, please raise with your practitioner or the DBT-A clinical lead.

Review of IAPT (Changing Minds)
23rd February 2022

[name removed] makes my care feel very personal. I feel as though she is a long time friend, who knows me very well. [name removed] helps me to recognise things/feelings in myself that I hadn't seen before, this in turn helps me to deal with the negative. Also during my care with her, I have had other problems crop up. [name removed] has helped me to work through these too.

Suggested improvements
There isn't anything I can think of.

Review of IAPT (Changing Minds)
22nd February 2022

I cannot thank Changing Minds and in particular [name removed] enough. This truly has been a life changing experience. Although some of my old habits sneak in from time to time working with [name removed] has enable me to quickly address these and make the necessary adjustments before the worries/anxieties become too overwhelming. [name removed] has enabled me to feel that I now have a future. I now have faith in my own resilience and ability to cope with life's challenges. I feel like this is a new lease of life where I am not consumed and weighed down by what might happen or what might go wrong; instead I've learnt to change my outlook and be more positive. The support that I have had on my journey has felt like a gift and it has restored my faith in people. The kindness, compassion and patience that [name removed] has shown towards me has been amazing. I'm struggling to put into words how truly grateful I am for the care that [name removed] has provided, but I will always be thankful for her and the help and guidance that she has provided. This service is a light in a sometimes dark world and I hope that the NHS funding remains in place to enable as many people as possible to be helped. Talking to somebody really can change your life.

Review of Understanding and Managing Emotions Group
22nd February 2022

[name removed] and [name removed] are incredibly supportive and I'm really feeling the benefits of being on the course. I feel more positive and mindful in general and I think the approach here really works for me. I have some work ahead to practice the skills, but I can really see the benefit that they have. The course atmosphere is fantastic, and everyone taking part is encouraged to get involved. Everyone is listened to and people feel able to offer useful tips for each other. I had a week off the course unfortunately, and I found that reading through the notes was far less effective than talking it through with the group. The group discussions are really helpful. Whenever I have a question for [name removed] or [name removed], I always feel that it is answered clearly and in a very helpful way.

Suggested improvements
I feel it is a shame that it took so long for me to get onto the course, as I would have benefitted so much from the help here some time ago. I think offering the course to more people would be very helpful to a lot of people.

Response from Campbell House

Thank you for your feedback. We regularly review referral pathways processes to improve timely access to the programme with consideration of resources available. We are working closely with other services in exploring other ways in which the waiting period can be effectively managed in supporting individuals.

Pls explain question. Which answer are u referring too? I just put those answers cuz that’s what I felt that’s all

Suggested improvements
At times it felt kinda like I wasn’t taken fully seriously, but generally it was ok. Maybe if it wasn’t such a ‘clinical’ set up it would have felt more comfortable and easier to open up about stuff and be more honest with things.

Thank you for this review. The comment you have made is very useful and I have passed it to the service manager. Sorry if you didn't think you were taken seriously, as you should not be left feeling like this. Please feel confident to let the health worker know your feelings next time you meet. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager

I don’t think there were any decisions involving me

Suggested improvements
I am finding the middle pathway module v useful and can see how the interpersonal effectiveness links in now which makes a lot more sense to me

I'm sorry if you were not involved in decisions around your the service you received. It is our aim that all young people are involved in all the decisions around their care and intervention. If you would like to discuss this further, please speak to your individual practitioner or if you would prefer, contact the team lead directly who would value the opportunity to hear your feedback.
