I had an appointment today with Ms Sally Zarwalski at Isebrook Hospital. I found she was very clear and concise with everything we discussed, she took the time to ensure I understood what she was asking and wrote things down once we had agreed what steps I would take next. She also wrote down the service that she will refer me to which was a great help as I often forget important things at the moment.

I found talking very helpful and just knowing some one would call or visit made me feel safer and also knowing I had a phone number to call for help if I needed it was vital.
