Meeting different people who care about you can't be improved in my opinion.
The referral from G.P>
The fantastic care from the staff at the crisis team.
They always stayed in contact and no let down off not turning up. Also always made sure I was ok on leaving.
I accessed the eating disorder service as an outreach patient and found my psychologist very understanding and patient. I felt that I was given the time I needed, to make positive changes without being rushed or put under pressure. I would definitely recommend this service.
Chance to sort out what was needed.
Well if a patient has mental health problems only and doesn't need A and E "No self harm" I strongly feel a department in "Berrywood hospital" should be open. Making easier access time spent on this will in the long run will benefit patients and should be carried through all. hospital in county.
Also will help A and E. Less work load but only in certain cases!.
My care is good, as ongoing care is carried on in community.
The crisis team responded very quickly and were extremely understanding and caring.
The service has constantly improved a great deal since my last breakdown.
It would be good to see the same person but I appreciate this would be hard to achieve, however all my details so nothing had to be repeated which was excellent.
I am having help at home from the crisis team when come to my home and assess my mood and well being, they also sort my medication out for me.
They visit every other day and will continue until they are happy with my state of mind, softly and the right medication for me. I have enjoyed our meetings at both the Berrywood Hospital and at home.
I feel safe and understood.
