I love going to the depot clinic. I now appreciate the injection makes me feel well and I consider the people at the clinic, especially [name removed] my friends in a way.

Suggested improvements
I’d like it to be easier to get the depot in a different clinic when I’m on holiday somewhere within the UK. For some reason, it’s easier to sort out when I’m abroad. Luckily there has already been some improvement in this area, as I had already gotten my depot in London once thanks to [name removed].

I was called back immediately after I submitted the Web form for an apt-no telephone queue!

Suggested improvements
Although I appreciate the calls were handled swiftly, when I missed a call I received text to telephone the surgery - even at 4.30pm it was a 12th place waiting queue so I just went into the surgery direct to find out the information. I wouldn't have minded the information to be sent to me in text message and the option to text back, or even the ability to view the information via my systmonline GP account if cannot text for confidentiality reasons?

I'm never too sure what's going on with my care, not heard from my cmht (Dr [name removed]) for over a year even though he said he would be in contact 6 months later. Any anxiety is delt with as something that you have to deal with yourself, ideally permanent medication would be nice, I don't know if this is possible. Never got offered a social worker to help me when I left berrywood had to figure everything out myself, I don't know if this is something you can help with.

Suggested improvements
I have my depot every 3 months but my cmht doesn't do my physical health check the same day, so I have to come to Campbell house on two separate occasions, asked them about this many times but nothing gets done about it.

On one of my outpatient meetings, my CPN [name removed] suddenly grabbed my hand as I was leaving and pulled it towards his trouser area. I managed to pull my hand free from his and quickly left the room astonished. I was afraid at the time he might have locked the door as you have to push a button to get out. I was very relieved to leave that day and not looking forward to having to see him again.

Suggested improvements
A better complaints procedure against staff because I was really afraid of rocking the boat as I had to see him again. I eventually phoned Campbell House several months after it happened to make a complaint against [name removed]. I don't know if I had left it too long to ring as I did ask who [name removed]'s boss was except I was unable to get through to him personally by phone.

This is very concerning to hear. We would like you to get in touch with us. You can contact us through our PALS Team on 0800 917 8504 or PALS@nhft.nhs.uk which sits outside the CMHT. The management of the service would like to reassure you that you will not be disadvantaged by talking to us as we are very keen to investigate your experience. You will not be rocking the boat and it is not too long to make contact with us. Please be reassured that we are investigating this locally.

Review of Structured Clinical Management

The wednesday online group session, with [name removed] and [name removed] has been good, the sessions have been structured well, the facilitators are knowledgable and accommodating of peoples needs within the group, with clear expectations. I have struggled during this module and have missed numerous weeks of it but the sessions I have attended have been ok, even if I did feel quite lost.

Suggested improvements
we seam to spend more time doing any other business and homework feedback (which people haven't done or dont know what to discuss in)so I feel like this sections drags on and then we rush through the new content, which I find frustrating and like more stuff could be being taught. I also feel like as well as the homework sheets there should be handouts for each weeks lessons sent in the post, when I had access to 1:1 she seemed to have lots of handouts to share, but others in the group dont seem to have had any shared with them relating to the skills taught. and when a 1:1 is off we then dont have access to things like handouts either. so could these recourses not be pulled together and the relevant ones sent in the post with our packs please. this isnt about content of what is delivered in group, but the constant changing of information around going back to face to face, each week its felt like there has been a different plan made and even now there isnt a set date for the most recent plan this is incredibly hard to turn up each week to hear something different. I know they are trying to communicate and give us warning but for me I would have found it a lot easier had they just communicated a plan with a little bit of warning once a final plan had been made, rather than hearing every stage of their planning for them to change time and time again.

This has been the best service I could ask for. It has been an amazing journey being able to open up about my past and emotionally eractic mood swing behaviours. To be able to go through different types of skills to help deal with mood swings and over coming the past has been amazing !

Suggested improvements
I would say mind practice should become a regular thing! :)

I have not received any mental health care since leaving hospital in 2019 apart from three very brief phone calls ,two from psychiatric doctors and one from a CPN,I've had many physical health checks every three months but very little from the actual psychiatric team!,my partner has non hodgkin's lymphoma and is now in the radiotherapy treatment stage after receiving chemotherapy, i was told by the last doctor i spoke too i would be contacted within three months, that was during the summer of 2021,i had a very brief call from a CPN earlier this year and i was under the impression that she could not end the conversation soon enough! I still have auditary hallucinations as well as visual and sensations such as raindrops inside the house or things touching me especially in the evening or when I go to try to get some sleep,I do not take any drugs other than my prescription, I saw my cardiologist just a few weeks ago and he recommended that some of my heart drugs should be changed as I'm getting water retention in both legs and a swollen stomach, he also told me there was no more heart modifications available to me, my GP has warned me I could die at any moment!

Suggested improvements
Some attention given when i was told I would get some!,its been difficult as my mother passed away and my partner of 35+years catching cancer has all happened in the last two years plus my best mate died recently, it's all stress so regular contact would be good!

Did you receive timely information about your care and treatment? Answer: Not at all I was prescribed Quetiapine 50mg on the 18th August 2022 and I was told that it would be reviewed in 6 weeks time. It has been over 17 weeks now and the medication has not been reviewed.

Therapy has been stopped as I was not listened to a out my difficulties. Negative comments written in my records some of the statements are in true. I have video evidence of being told that funding won't allow me to transfer to a different hospital to keep me safe from harm. I also have video evidence of being told that I may kill myself but the hands of the crisis support worker are tied. Lives do not seem to matter !

Suggested improvements
The mental health services are as useful as a chocolate tea pot. The care is poor, things that are written in your records are false and negative. Any therapy is stopped as soon as you feel unstable instead of supporting you through that. All hope in the services are lost.
