Only thing I can think of is letting the service user know when they're halfway through a session, in case there are some topics that haven't been explored yet. That's just me thinking about the passage of time again though.

[name removed] always made me feel at ease. At the start of each session we would have a general chat at things allowing me to relax. All tasks that were given were never set giving any pressure and if I felt unable to complete at home, we would do them tgether the following session.

Every session I had with [name removed] she really listened to what I had to say. Ant that is really important when you haven't felt listened to before. I feel that I now have the skills and self awareness to manage myself better following my sessions with [name removed]. From being a total mess first session, I now feel in control of myself and the future. Thank you.
