I feel very let down by the service. There is no personable approach to care or understanding, especially in a crisis. No sense of urgency or validation, especially when minding for my diagnosis (BPD). I am very disappointed and feel that this in itself has impacted me negatively.

Appalling treatment from rural parks cmht, they don't seem to understand what support is! In fact will readily send you away in crisis and just leave you to it. Even worse when they moan at the individual for not being pro active about there care but when the individual tries to be proactive they slam all of the doors in your face! And yet still wonder why when I'm in crisis I don't engage with them!

All the team was polite and helpful, my consultant listened to what I said and explained what he felt best next steps.
Only problem I had was my original appointment was cancelled and rescheduld for 1 month later, so feel lost 1 month of help.
I am really sorry this happened. I have sent your comment to the service manager so they can understand the impact of cancelled appointments. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager

Because the doctor who saw me didn't listen to what I told him so my problem didn't get resolved.

My community mental health nurse is really good. She is kind, gentle and patient and understanding. She makes me feel at ease in her presence.
You almost discharged me before I had the chance to explain my issues. You told me I would have a follow up on my dr appointment so I could possibly have medication…this was two months ago. I have had to chase up every appointment, sometimes calling 3-5 times a day. I had to wait almost 2 hrs for my in person assessment, things like this added to my anxiety which was already high.
