Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you felt rushed. We recognise the each session covers a lot of material and are continually evaluating how we balance session content. We'll take your feedback into account. We're also exploring ways in which members can access materials between sessions to enable us to use time more effectively whilst in group.
