I feel that [name removed] has been very understanding, empathetic and non-judgmental which helped me feeling empowered and comfortable to share with [name removed] my thoughts and feelings.
I felt [name removed] and I worked as a team through out the CBT treatment and [name removed] was very encouraging and motivated me to face my fear through behavioral experiments and exposures.
Prior to accessing CBT therapy I felt that there was no way out of my OCD and felt stuck with my never ending rituals. [name removed] helped me to overcome my OCD and live my life to the full again. Now I have a very good understanding of my OCD and safety behaviors and triggers.
[name removed] has now given me all the tools I need to continue with my progress after therapy.
