The fact it was all client centered was most important the therapist was totally inclusive & always incuded my thoughts & feelings on all aspects of any treatment she was both supportive & directive giving leads which led onto client centered focus this was extremely helpful & indeed therapeutic modt importantly i was given direction & with help of therapist was able to assess myself and put things in place . Overall therapist was brilliant & as our final meeting got to have a face to face which was quite nice to meet the person helping myself all these months

Nothing could have been made better whole experience was patient focussed
