I felt totally supported and safe during my treatment and was treated with respect and compassion. I also felt like I was being totally listened to and understood. The treatment was really beneficial and I will take a lot of positive tools from my sessions.
Suggested improvements
I sometimes forget some valuable information I was told so it may be useful to have the facility to send a follow up e-mail after therapy is finished to ask for specific info to be reiterated.
