Always felt supported and listened to and involved in decision making about my treatment plan.
progress chart was helpful to see the postive impact the treatment was having.
[name removed] was very understanding and always felt comfortable to open up in sessions.
My heatlh anxiety has improved significantly and I feel I have the tools to manage my health anxiety going forward.
