[name removed] is very knowledgeable in her area of work. She is an active listener that allowed me to offload and then would respond sharing knowledge that has beeb extremely helpful. [name removed] presents as genuine and provides reassurance which allows me to be open and honest and most importantly kind to myself. [name removed] spent time providing my partner was some information on MH which helped him to provide a more active role in supporting I truly believe the input of the service supported me to remain well rather than escalate or significantly decline. I cannot thank [name removed] and [name removed] enough

Suggested improvements
I gave feedback about reinforcing confidentiality and boundaries in the back to work group due to a specific incident where another called searched me up on social media triggering anxious thoughts for myself
