[name removed] has helped me to get back on track at my own pace and every time I talked to her I felt better for it afterwards. I’ve learnt how to spot my triggers and manage my expectations about how I should feel and I feel good for the first time in ages. I found the exercise about looking into your pleasurable and routine activities really kick started me to realise just how much I wasn’t doing. [name removed] helped me to create to do lists and tasks bit by bit and I genuinely am grateful for her help and patience.
