Overall, I believe the therapy sessions were very helpful. Being a "reflector" in terms of learning / taking information on board, I found the sessions extremely useful.
Next month, (August) will mean I have been living on my own for 2 years. I am just starting to start to see where I think I am going, unfortunately the recent heat wave has meant a pause whilst weather conditions revert to normal.
