My therapist ensured I got the most from the service. On days I didn’t feel able to partake, she was calm and convinced me to just chat to her instead. I was kept updated with work done in the sessions via email and given a relapse prevention plan when my therapy came to an end.
Suggested improvements
The waiting time of 6 months isn’t ideal but I understand this is not your fault at all and I am grateful I was offered the service.
I feel it would be beneficial to have more sessions than are offered but understand this would stop others getting the help they need, due to waiting list times.
