I felt i was able to open up easliy to [name removed] - felt comfortable and safe in the sessions. I felt i can relate to [name removed] and feel connected. I gained valuable tools and staretegies from the sessions which helped me to identify and recognise my negative core beliefs. All these helpd me to make and maintain progress. I can't remember last time i felt this light and not disturbed by feelings of being inadequeste, not good enough and worhlessness. I feel i have now turned these negativity around and more content about life and its challenges. Althouhg the CBT sessions were structured [name removed] made sessions so flexible and adoptable especially in light of my autism - perfect balance for me. An amazing and thouhgt provoking experince - a big thank you to [name removed]!

Suggested improvements
waiting time was too long - it felt like it was jumping through hoops to be able to seapk to some whilst wating to see CBT threapist.
