I am blown away by how this has helped me. I was ready to end my life. I thought life was pointless. It wasnt that i wanted to die, i just didnt want to live anymore. I am very grateful that i was offered one to one D.B.T. I understand that a lot of people are waiting for something like this. I knew I was lucky to get the offer so i did not want to waste it and threw myself into it with an open mind, even though i was skeptical of what it would achieve. It has changed my life. I see everything differently, i react to things differently. I am shocked at how quickly it has worked. And i am so very grateful. I have been suffering with this since i was 18. I need to say a very, very special thank you to a very special person who is a massive credit to your service. [name removed], for someone so young, he has a remarkable way about him. He has changed my life, saved my life really, and i will forever be grateful. I would really appreciate it if he was told what i have said so he understands how he has affected my life.
