The care I have received has been very helpful. I have come a long way since I have started my therapy.
Before my therapy everything was all doom and gloom, whereas now I can see the good, my strengths and I have the tools to help myself.
[name removed] has been very open, empathetic, warm on approach. I felt I was listened to and guided throughout the therapy without pressure to achieve my goals.
I have achieved my goals.
