Initial impression is very poor

I suffer major depression and anxiety so making appts is a real challenge to me.
I received a text telling me they have been unable to contact me, this was clearly not the case seen as they where able to text me...I then called to arrange an telephone assessment appt.
This was booked and confirmed and I completed the online GAD form as requested.
After a sleepless night and much thought about the telephone call, I awaited but was not called. I then called the organisation and was on hold for circa 50 minutes before getting through. Again anxiety provoking.
I was told they called me and no reply, this was not true as I received no calls, i then received an e mail telling me I had missed an appt'.
Considering they had texted me previously, they of course had the correct number for me. This was very upsetting and set me back, re preparing for the appt' and then it didnt happen and then had to rebook, spending 50 minutes to get through.
