I feel [name removed] has supported me along the way and she has changed my life. Always included me adn i feel the CBT sessions were collaborative and asked me wher I want ot go wiht next steps. I feel respected, listened to, understood by [name removed] throuhgout the CBT therapy. She aslo helped me understand my OCD and encouraged and motiveted me that it's possbile to change the way I think. I feel Behavioural experiments were very helpful becasue they gave me the opportunity to test my belief safely and i knew i would talk tehm throuhg and make sense of them. I feel the most helpful with behaviourla experiments was guided me to break dwom the steps when we designed teh behavioural experiments in sessions. I feel I'm now equipped with helpful coping mechanism to help me in the future to help myself.
