I have never had my own nurse since I was told I had bipolar 1 back in 2019. I was seeing a doctor for the first year but after that no one. I have had many uppers and downers and have no one to talk to any more.
Suggested improvements
No one took time out to understand me. The closest I got was when I was getting a phone call each week but that person left, but they promised me that the new person would carry on. When I ask for help I really do need it but when I feel let down I just don't ask no more. I have major issues with trust and problems with my post and don't like answering my phone to numbers I don't know. At least now you are working with help.a-c who I have emailed to let them know of my problems, but I need to get past that first huddle and speak to them, but because people have judged me all my life one way or another ( I know when I do get any help I'm not being judged but I first need to let my head know that).
