I was at home, so I was happy in my own space. [name removed] gave me space and time to answer; she repeated what I said to ensure that she had interpreted my responses.
I had to deal with an issue during my session, and [name removed] was happy to call me back when everything had been sorted.
Suggested improvements
I appreciate that the pandemic has changed the way we work now, but I feel it would help initially to meet with your therapist before the sessions start.
