I can’t thank [name removed] enough. He made me feel at ease straight away and safe enough to talk about things I have kept inside all my life . He let me lead each session and with his support I pieced together things I had never thought about before in a different way . I really had so many lightbulb moments throughout and he knew just when to let me speak and when to interject. Even though I never knew what I would be talking about as soon as I heard [name removed]’s voice it all came flooding out and an hour went so fast! Even though most of the time I was crying it felt good to let it out . I honestly have told [name removed] things I never dreamt I could say out loud and he treated me with such compassion and kindness. He gave me a safe space to talk which I have never had . [name removed] always said that I did all the work but I 100% know I couldn’t have done this without him and I will be eternally grateful to him and this experience. [name removed] remembered all of our conversations from week to week and every detail . What a credit [name removed] is to your service ! [name removed]

Even though I had 20 sessions I didn’t feel like I was ready to finish and it has been so hard for it to suddenly stop( even though [name removed] prepared me) I understand money and waiting lists but I feel everybody’s situations are so different and having a restricted number is hard when you don’t feel like you have finished your journey . It really upsets me to feel like I won’t have any sessions with [name removed] again and I know I won’t be able to start with anyone else
