Overall I found this service to be very well thought out and supportive. The facilitators are all wonderful kind people and they are very understanding to peoples different views. It’s difficult at times to want to speak up and I for one was unsure about doing a group course but I don’t regret it.
Suggested improvements
Don’t think there’s any criticism I can make if I could change anything it would be to have more time to speak up and more weeks to have the support
