I felt listened to and supported and was enourgaed and treated with patience and respect and {} things got really bad, the team ensured, and got referred to hospital. [name removed] worked {} me and has been incredibly supportive and also to my grandparents, helping offer supportive and information to them also the support from [name removed] wit dietitian sessions was incredibly helping and the OT sessions.
