I made contact with IAPT on Thursday, by Friday I received a text and email about booking my assessment. I was amazed that these were for the following week, very quick! My assessment with [name removed] was as lovely as it could have been, in the circumstances. She was empathetic, she listened, she asked questions in a sensitive manner and I felt that she really cared about me. Whilst I do not have any cultural, spiritual or faith needs, I was asked whether there was anything they needed to take into consideration. I was then contacted the following day with my options and seeking my opinion on that. My experience with IAPT has been slick, efficient and hassle-free, just what you want when you are going through difficult times. I have already recommended this service to others.
