[name removed] gave me space and time to talk and recapped what I had said. She was kind, empathetic and supportive.

Suggested improvements
Face to face would have been easier. Sometimes I found it hard to explore ideas whilst doing it down the phone. It would have been a nicer experience to see the person I was talking with.
